wkhtmltopdf内边距问题

默认情况下带了页边距，导致生成的pdf和原html不一样。

使用参数 -B -T 等分别设置上下左右边距

wkhtmltopdf -B 0 -L 0 -R 0 -T 0 --enable-local-file-access $htmlFilePath $pdfFilePath
